She was born on July 10, 1992 is a National Acrobatic Gymnast on the Senior Team. She is a gymnast for the United States of America Gymnastics team.
Kristen Allen is on the senior national team and recently competed in Worlds Gymnastics Championship and took home a gold medal with her partner Michael Rodriquez. Kristin and Michael made history by becoming the first to bring home a gold medal for Acrobatic gymnastics.
In addition to taking home the gold medal in 2009 she also took home the Sportsperson of the year award and Kristin and Michael took home the Prestigious Athletes of the year award. At the 2008 National Championships Kristin and Michael earned the Glen Sundby Award for outstanding performance by a pair or group as well as their honors for their high score and best choreography.
Kristin Allen holds many award and honors, including the Gold Medal she won at the World Games in 2009, She also won Sportsperson of the year, Athlete of the year, She took home 3 gold medals this year, 2 silver medals and 1 bronze medal for all of 2009. In 2008 Kristin won the Glen Sundby award with her partner Michael at the National Championships as well as honors for their high score and best choreography. She took home 1 gold medal and one silver medal that year.
In 2007 Kristin won 2 silver medals; for 2006 she took home one gold medal, one silver medal and one bronze medal. In 2004 she took home a gold medal and she took home a gold medal in 2003 with her first National Championship. She is a very talented gymnast and has won many awards for her outstanding proformances.
